Compulsory Chat

 

        LiveReception provides a function of starting a chat mandatorily with visitor.

The chat window will show up without invitation or request, it just come up. Here is an advice for operators, think about it before you use compulsory chat. It sometimes behaves rude and sudden, and affects visitor's visiting experiences.

 

        There are two ways to start a compulsory chat.

           1st way: Choose a visitor and click Compulsory dialog shortcut button.

           2nd way: Right click a online visitor and choose Compulsory dialog in the pop-up menu.

 

        From the view of visitor. The chat window will show up to the visitor directly.

 

        From the view of the operator, the visitor will be in the chatting list directly.
